How do I stop or CANCEL the monthly BILLING subscription?

HOW TO TURN OFF REOCCURING BILLING. It depends on how you purchased your subscription.

Option 1: You purchased it from our website RealFoodMobileApp.com or FindRealFoodApp.com
Option 2: You purchased it on your cell phone from Apple iTunes
Option 3:
 You purchased it on your cell phone from Google Play.

Instructions for each below...

Option 1: Website purchase
1) Login to your account at https://findrealfoodapp.com/#login from your computer. 
2) Click on your account photo on the top right menu, choose “My Profile” in the menu.
3) Click on the red oval that says  “Cancel Auto-Renewal”.

Option 2: For Purchase made using iTunes:

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
6.  Use the options to manage your subscription

Option 3: For Google Play
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
1) Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
2) Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
3) Tap Cancel subscription.
4) Follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I get a refund? I already canceled my subscription but I was billed again

If you already followed the instructions on this FAQs page on how to cancel your subscription and monthly billing but you were still charged afterward, please email us (Eat@ FindRealFoodApp.com <--remove the space after @) and let us know so we can refund you. Please note that we CANNOT refund purchases made via iTunes or Google Play app store. You must cancel your subscription through them using the instructions found on this FAQs page. How would this guide help me? I rarely buy anything in a box or can.
The WAPF Shopping Guide app is loaded with "Real Foods" that do NOT come in a box or in a can. The guide includes foods sold by small farms that sell amazing quality meat, chicken, dairy, fermented veggies, nuts, grains, wild seafood, etc. In addition to all these non-packaged foods, you can also find some healthier versions of packaged foods made by trustworthy brands who don't use additives and harmful chemicals in their ingredients.
Is this app useful if I live outside the US?

No. The foods inside the Weston A. Price Foundation's Annual Shopping Guide are US brands, and "Find Real Food" app contains their food recommendations. If WAPF gets enough requests to add another country, they may do it, especially if they get support from members in that country who can help do the research. We suggest you contact them and request your country to be added to the guide. [email protected]

Having said that, we have heard from some users abroad that some of the brands listed in the guide are increasingly available internationally, so depending on where you live, there may be some products available locally.

If I bought it on one device, do I have to buy it again to use it on another?
No, the same subscription will work on all your devices. The subscription payment information is tied to your login, so as long as you login the same way with all devices (e.g. with Facebook, or creating a username and password), the subscription and any other information will carry over.
Is there a way to search by location?

Yes! As of November 2015, our NEW mobile app "Find Real Food Locations" allows you to find stores, markets, and co-ops near you which sell WAPF approved products. Please be sure you have the newest mobile app (it should NOT be a red logo icon, but a blue and green one instead). Here is the link for the website version of the new app: www.FindRealFoodApp.com . Is the app included as part of my membership with the Weston A Price Foundation?

No. Unfortunately, your subscription to Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) does not include a subscription to the Find Real Food mobile app since we are an independent company who is licensing their Shopping Guide database in order to create the app for their followers. Since the WAPF does not allow any influence from advertisers, we cannot have ads inside the app to help recuperate the investment. It's taken us over 5 years of hard work to build this app with a couple different programming firms, and we've made a very large financial investment. In addtion, in order to maintain the app, there are additional costs incurred each year. Thus we have to charge users. But we are confident you will find the app has a lot of value and contains wonderful resources!

Where can I download the Android app for Google Play?

 The Android phone/device version of Find Real Food App is in the Google Play Store. Here is the link!

I cannot find the app on iTunes for my iPad

To find it, please type in "FIND REAL FOOD LOCATIONS" into the search box. It is listed inside the "iPhone ONLY" category. Look for this drop-down menu option at the top left of the page where there will be a menu named “iPad Only”. Click on it and select "iPhone Only" to see Find Real Food App.

Also, you can use the website version of the app inside your iPad: Login at www.FindRealFoodApp.com from any browser.
